This intelligent meter system gives the landlords total controls of the electric power supply in their property and help the landlords to collect the electricity fee timely. Each houses owner must buy the electricity from the landlord before using the electricity. Each meter has a unique IC card. When the houses owner pays the electricity to the landlord the amount of electricity will be transferred to the meter. The meter measures the power consumption and deducts the prepaid the amount from the meter. When the prepaid amount is low the meter will alert the owner to refill the prepaid the electricity amount. When the prepaid the amount runs out the meter will cut off the electricity power to the house until the electricity amount is refilled again.

Video entry system is a special intercom system designed for condominium or apartment to enhance the security. With the video entry system the residents are able to control the gate at main entrance directly.

The system has one or more entrance panel with video camera and gate lock at the entrance of the building, and multiple in-room handsets in each units of the building. When a visitor comes, the resident of building receives the call from the visitor who is calling in front of the main entrance. The resident can talk to the visitor and see her/his face. If the resident recognizes the visitor, he/she can press a button on the handset to unlock the gate and let the visitor enter the building.

Our guest room Energy Saving Switches are made from the same manufacturer of electronic lock. They work with all keys of our electronic locks flawlessly.

ADEL Patrol System is an electronic- computer system. It is used for checking how patrolmen and security guard work well in their areas. It has internal clock that records the time and date automatically when patrolmen reach the checking points.
